How PolicyIQ approaches AI responsibly

PolicyIQ uses AI in three products: PolicyIQ | Extract for document OCR, PolicyIQ | Assist for guided conversations, and PolicyIQ | Match for policy and dataset comparison.

PolicyIQ | Extract's output passes through a Data Validation step before reaching downstream systems, rather than being used unchecked. PolicyIQ | Assist's Policy Information Assistant answers from actual policy records rather than generating unsupported answers about a specific policy.

TODO(content): a fuller responsible-AI statement (covering model choices, human oversight and escalation paths) to be added once finalised internally.
